Eingeforderte Achtsamkeit gilt in Hochglanzprospekten von Institutionen meist nur der Adressatenseite. Dabei ist ethische Achtsamkeit ohne Selbstsorge fur Sozialarbeitende auf die Dauer nicht moglich. Das Thema Achtsamkeit in der stationaren Jugendhilfe ist kein Vorwurf der Unachtsamkeit an die Erziehenden, sondern ein Reflexionspunkt. Vorliegendes Buch mochte Mut machen, sich neu als Akteur einer Praxisethik zu verstehen, die beide Seiten berucksichtigt und einfordert. Alle Beteiligten im Jugendhilfeprozess kommen hierfur aus ihrer Sicht zu Wort. Als Teamkonzept ist eine dauerhafte Verwirklichung achtsamer Praxis moglich und kann als ein Qualitatsmerkmal sozialer Arbeit im stationaren Alltag angewandt werden. Die differenzierte Ausarbeitung verschiedener Achtsamkeitsauffassungen mochte dazu beitragen uber das Thema Achtsamkeit sprachfahiger zu werden.
